Mist showers
Mist showers that remove active or toxic dust adhered to cleanroom garments with a fine water mist before personnel leave a controlled area, installed between clean and non-clean zones.

Description
A mist shower is a personnel decontamination unit installed where staff leave a cleanroom or controlled area. A fine water mist is sprayed over the person and their garment; the mist captures active or toxic dust particles adhered to the cleanroom suit and washes them away, so the particles are not carried out of the zone. The unit works automatically: presence sensing starts the cycle, both doors are interlocked, and an LED display with a large dynamic control panel shows the cycle status and parameters. Inside, an emergency stop button halts the cycle immediately. Options include an air freshening function against odours in long-closed cabins and a destaticizing module. Cabinet dimensions, shower mode, filtration efficiency and fittings can be customized per project.
