Description
Fresh-air filter boxes are central air-handling cabinets for make-up and exhaust air. The fresh-air cabinet draws outdoor air through a filter bank and supplies it into the room or clean area, with fan and airflow configured to the project; the housing is powder-coated cold-rolled steel or stainless steel with external static pressure listed per model. The medium-efficiency exhaust box combines intake, filtration and exhaust for removing medium-size particles and bacteria from extract air. The activated-carbon box is a dry adsorption unit for odours and harmful gases, suited to low-concentration large-volume or intermittent exhaust. The air filter box is a deep-bed cabinet with primary, medium and HEPA stages, optionally with activated-carbon or chemical stages, for centralised air treatment. Filter modules are slide-out for maintenance, and different filter types (primary, medium, HEPA, activated carbon, ionizer, ozone generator) can be combined per the project.
