Standard HEPA supply outlets (terminal filter boxes with plenum and diffuser plate) for class 1000 to 100000 air-conditioning systems, sized by box, filter face, airflow and duct flange; installed in the ceiling by the buyer's contractor.
Description
A standard HEPA supply outlet is the terminal device of a cleanroom air-conditioning system, used in class 1000, 10000 and 100000 installations. Central station air enters the plenum box, passes the final HEPA filter - typically a separatorless mini-pleat type - and is distributed into the room through a diffuser plate. The filter captures fine particles, dust and micro-organisms so the supplied air meets the room class. The unit gives an even air distribution without dead corners or swirling, runs at low noise, and opens from below for filter replacement. Two housing depths are listed: the A series with a 380 mm deep box and 90 mm deep filter, and the B series with a 500-600 mm deep box and a 220 mm deep high-capacity filter, both covering 500 to 3000 m3/h. A downward-adjustable damper can be fitted as an option.
