Air filters & filter units

Electrostatic filter units

Electrostatic air filtration units in five mountings — insert cell, duct section, air-handling-unit section, diffuser outlet and standalone — with washable collection cells.

  • Ionising-charge and plate-collection stages; collection cells wash and reuse without filter media replacement.
  • Low pressure drop at the air-handling unit, reducing fan energy.
  • Source-rated particle removal 98% or above; duct-mounted type rated below 0.01 µm capture.

ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT

Built around the requirement.

Electrostatic filter units clean supply or recirculated air by charging particles in a high-voltage ionising field and collecting them on grounded plates. The range covers insert-style cells, duct-mounted sections, air-handling-unit sections, diffuser-outlet types and standalone units. Collection cells are washable and reusable, so the unit runs at low pressure drop without consumable filter media; the source rates particle removal at 98% or above, and the duct-mounted type is rated to capture particles below 0.01 µm with resistance returning to the initial value after cleaning. The diffuser-outlet type adds status, cleaning and fault indication for interlocking with the air-conditioning system. Typical installations are hospitals, clinics and laboratories, pharmaceutical and electronics plants, and central air-conditioning and fresh-air systems.
