Low-resistance fine filters
High-medium-efficiency filters with very low initial resistance for ventilation systems with little spare fan pressure, such as hospital diagnostic and treatment rooms.

Description
Low-resistance fine filters are high-medium-efficiency panel filters built to add filtration where the ventilation system has little spare fan pressure. The source table lists initial resistance around 20 Pa at rated airflow — far below a HEPA panel of similar size — with efficiency above 80 % at 0.5 µm. They suit continuous operation in hospital functional rooms such as consulting, treatment, dialysis and preparation rooms, where finer filtration is wanted without rewinding the air handling unit.
Features
- Initial resistance around 20 Pa at rated airflow per the source table.
- Efficiency above 80 % at 0.5 µm per the source table.
- Slim 300 mm housings sized for ceiling or wall-mounted filter units.
- Suits continuous operation with low system pressure drop.
Applications
- Hospital consulting, treatment, dialysis and preparation rooms
- Wards and other areas where finer filtration is added without extra fan pressure
- Offices, schools and laboratories with low-resistance ventilation requirements

Supply scope
What is supplied, and what stays with the buyer.
- Filter elements in the confirmed size against the housing size listed above.
- Housing or filter-unit selection stays with the buyer unless quoted together.
- Installation and post-installation verification stay with the buyer.
Configurations
Fixed configurations that can be quoted.
A configuration code fixes the dimensions, electrical data, materials and documents. Quote requests that reference a code skip the specification round.
What we need to quote
Inputs that fix the configuration.
- 01
Housing size or the filter unit model the element must fit
- 02
Rated airflow of the system and the available spare fan pressure
- 03
Efficiency target and any microbial control requirement of the room
- 04
