ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT

A gel-seal HEPA supply outlet (gel-seal HEPA box) delivers filtered air into high-cleanliness spaces through a HEPA filter seated in a liquid gel channel. The filter frame sits in a gel potting groove that mates with the knife edge around the housing, forming an airtight seal and preventing bypass leakage; because the gel does not stick to the knife edge, the filter can be pulled and replaced from below the ceiling without dismantling the housing, which keeps maintenance time and cost down. The diffuser plate and filter are easy to remove and refit. The source rates filtration of 0.3 um and larger particles at 99.99%. Outlets are available in top-feed and side-feed versions; five sizes in each cover airflows from 500 to 3000 m3/h at an average velocity of 0.9-1.1 m/s, and a regulating damper can be fitted as an option.
