High-temperature HEPA filters
HEPA panels rated for continuous service at 250–280 °C or up to 400 °C, with stainless frames, aluminium foil separators and high-temperature sealant for ovens and hot process air.
Description
High-temperature HEPA filters keep HEPA-class filtration in hot air streams. Two ratings are offered: a 250 °C class for environments up to 250–280 °C at up to 80 % humidity, and a 400 °C class for continuous duty up to 400 °C. Both use high-temperature ultra-fine glass fibre paper pleated 180° into wedge-shaped pleat layers, aluminium foil separators or corrugated spacers that protect the media from tearing, stainless steel frames and high-temperature sealant throughout.
