Mini-pleat HEPA filters
Separatorless mini-pleat HEPA panels of ultra-fine glass fibre paper with hot-melt pleat spacing, for terminal filtration in electronics, pharmaceutical and hospital cleanrooms.

Description
Mini-pleat HEPA filters are separatorless HEPA panels: ultra-fine glass fibre paper is pleated closely and the pleat spacing is fixed by hot-melt beads, so the pack holds more media than a separator construction of the same depth. They remove particles of 0.3 µm and above at 99.97 % or higher (H13 in the source table) and are the standard terminal filter in cleanroom ceilings, fan filter units and terminal housings. The shallow depth and low weight suit retrofit into existing frames.
Features
- Separatorless close pleats with hot-melt spacing for maximum media area per depth.
- Ultra-fine glass fibre paper, 99.97 % or higher at 0.3 µm (H13 per the source table).
- Shallow 69 mm and 96 mm depths covering standard frame sizes.
- Low initial resistance at rated airflow for energy-conscious replacement programmes.
Applications
- Terminal filtration in electronics, optics and LCD cleanrooms
- Ceiling grids, fan filter units and terminal housings
- Biopharmaceutical and hospital air supply
- Precision instruments, PCB printing and food and beverage plants

Transcribed from the source catalogue parameter table. Airflow/resistance pairs give the resistance at two operating points below and above the rated airflow. Other sizes and efficiency classes are quoted on request.
Supply scope
What is supplied, and what stays with the buyer.
- Mini-pleat HEPA panels in the confirmed size, depth, frame material and efficiency class.
- Batch test documentation agreed per order; efficiency classes to EN 1822.
- Installation, in-situ leak testing and filter disposal stay with the buyer.
Configurations
Fixed configurations that can be quoted.
A configuration code fixes the dimensions, electrical data, materials and documents. Quote requests that reference a code skip the specification round.
