Mesh-face HEPA outlets

A mesh-face HEPA outlet is a ceiling or wall terminal unit for cleanrooms, built as a plenum box with a final HEPA filter, a filter collar and a mesh diffuser face with a perforated diffusion plate. The built-in HEPA stage removes dust particles, bacteria and other contaminants from the supply air, and the mesh face spreads the air evenly to avoid dead zones or local over-blowing. Airflow is set at 500 to 3000 m3/h per unit with a face velocity of 0.9-1.1 m/s. Two casing depths are offered — 380 mm with a 90 mm filter, and 500-600 mm with a 220 mm filter — and an optional down-adjustment damper can be fitted for airflow balancing. The design suits new builds and retrofits across cleanliness classes in pharmaceutical, healthcare, electronics and chemical facilities.
