Description
An FFU blank panel is a close-out panel for the FFU ceiling grid. Where a grid position carries no fan filter unit, the panel seals the opening so untreated air cannot pass into the cleanroom and the room keeps its cleanliness level. Closing unused positions keeps airflow even across the ceiling and reduces stagnant zones, which helps the installed FFUs work against a stable ceiling pressure. The panels add stiffness to the ceiling plane, close the grid for a flush appearance and damp noise between the plenum and the room. Smooth faces are cleaned and inspected with the rest of the ceiling.
