Description
A gel-seal FFU combines a fan, a HEPA filter and a control system in one ceiling unit. Air drawn in by the fan passes through the HEPA filter and is discharged evenly into the room. The filter uses a separable design that one person can remove and refit, and it is seated in a gel seal that isolates contamination at the filter edge while damping noise. A high-efficiency AC centrifugal fan keeps face velocity stable and is built for continuous running in cleanrooms from class 1 to class 1000. Units install above single process points or in rows that form a linear clean zone.
