ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT
A rapid roll-door cargo shower combines a fast roll-up door with an air shower cabin for goods entering a cleanroom, reducing the particle load brought in with each transfer. The door opens at up to 1.9 m/s and closes at up to 1.65 m/s, about 25 to 30 times faster than a conventional electric door, which suits high-frequency logistics. The polyester-fibre curtain is flame-retardant and anti-static and is offered in yellow, white, blue, red, silver-grey or full transparency, with sizes made to order. Safety devices include an infrared sensor and an airbag sensing edge that stops and reverses the door on obstacles. Control options include push button, pull switch, magnetic loop, remote control, radar and two-sided photoelectric. A variable-frequency drive runs the door reliably; the source rates the drive for more than 150,000 trouble-free cycles per year. Inside, filtered air is blown from stainless steel adjustable nozzles on two sides.
