ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT
A sliding-door cargo shower is built for logistics corridors where goods move in and out of clean areas. Automatic sliding doors sense approaching personnel or goods and open without contact, saving manual handling time at the passage. The sensing device detects people or goods near the door to avoid collision accidents, and the two-door interlock keeps the clean side isolated while the shower runs. Inside, a two-stage filtration system with a primary filter and a HEPA stage rated 99.99% efficiency blows filtered air through stainless steel multi-angle adjustable nozzles, removing dust and particles from the goods surface. Longer units are built as passage tunnels with higher nozzle and filter counts. The control system sequences the doors, shower time and interlock automatically.
